The Metcalfe Golf Club is very proud of its restaurant HICKORIES. Chef Tony Skaf's varied experience allows him to create any type of cuisine as well as leading a strong team of Chefs. The high quality cuisine is complimented by our staff member's friendly country service and the golf course's scenic relaxed atmosphere.

During the golf season, our a la carte menu provides a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Complimenting our a la carte menu is Hickories year round selection of special events including Friday night dinners & very popular Easter, Mother's & Father's Day brunches.

Banquet meals have long been a specialty of Hickories. Following a great day on the links our 'Famous Roast Beef au Jus' is a perennial favorite amongst our tournament clients. Our extensive banquet menu is available twelve months a year for events such as a corporate functions, anniversary, birthday or Christmas parties. The Metcalfe Golf Club's natural setting is ideal for wedding ceremonies, photographs and receptions. In addition to the atmosphere, your guests will be treated to mouth-watering appetizers, entrees and late night snacks.
