Junior Golf Days

Every Wednesday from June 27 to August 22 'Golfers' aged 10 - 16 are invited to participate in our Junior Golf Days. Open to both male and female prospective golfers. Junior Golf Days are designed with the novice & intermediate golfer in mind.

The focus of Junior Golf Days will be on participation, social interaction and practice as a means of learning the game of golf. Both an 18 and a 9 hole golf option are available. The main objective for all participants will be FUN.

A typical Junior Golf Day will include:

Drop off & check in at the course - one hour before your tee time
Tee times for 9 hole golfers are between 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
Tee times for 18 hole golfers are between 10:00 - 10:30 am
Meet with other golfers, discuss game format for the day and select foursomes
Warm-up - putting and chipping practice
Tee offs begin with Junior League Coordinators
Following round meet in Clubhouse have a bite to eat or practice on the putting green
Pick-ups for 9 hole golfers should be no later than 3 hours after tee time
Pick-ups for 18 hole golfers should be no later than 5.5 hours after tee time
All participants to be picked up by no later than 4:00 pm.

Participants are met on site by the Junior League Coordinator and supervised through warm-up and practice times until they go on the course. Once on the course, participants are on their own but are supervised frequently by both Marshalls and Junior League Coordinators. Upon completion of the round, participants are met by the Junior League Coorinator.

The program is limited to 45 participants in the 9 hole program and 25 in the 18.

NOTE: This program fills up quickly - currently there are only 27 spaces remaining in the 9 hole program and 13 spaces in the 18 hole program.

Two - one hour golf clinics

An early season get together (Sunday, June 24) to meet the Junior League Coordinators, Junior League players AND play 9 holes.

A Closing Tournament and BBQ banquet - Wednesday, August 22.

League registration must be done by completing Junior League Registration Form and Paying League Fee.

Registration for each Junior Day is done on a weekly basis and MUST be done in advance.
