The METCALFE GOLF CLUB is seeking motivated, customer oriented individuals for a variety of summer and seasonal employment positions. Retirees are welcome to apply and we are willing to train motivated individuals. Resumes are being accepted now. Throughout the summer we will continue to accept applications for all of our positions for the 2012 season.
For the 2012 season we are looking for persons in the following areas.
GOLF OPERATIONS - Individuals interested in working in our golf shop preparing and cleaning equipment, helping to set up for tournaments and special events as well as marshalling of the courses. Experience in working with people would be a definite asset.
GROUNDS CREW - Experience in landscaping, machinery and/or golf course maintenance would be a great asset for our maintenance positions which entail a variety of tasks including machinery operation and physical labour.
RESTAURANT STAFF - Our restaurant 'HICKORIES' features a short order pub style menu as well as a banquet menu. We are seeking individuals with practical kitchen experience and/or culinary training to prep, cook & clean. In addition, we require outgoing people to act as servers, bartenders & beverage cart operators.
