Metcalfe Golf Club is very proud of its restaurant HICKORIES. Chef Liam Parson’s varied experience allows him to create any type of cuisine as well as leading a strong team of Chefs. The high-quality cuisine is complimented by our staff’s friendly country service and the golf course’s scenic relaxed atmosphere.
During the golf season, our a la carte menu provides a variety of lunch and dinner options. Complimenting our a la carte menu is Hickories special events including Friday night dinners & very popular Easter, Mother’s & Father’s Day brunches.
Banquet meals have long been a specialty of Hickories. Following a great day on the links our ‘Famous Roast Beef au Jus’ is a perennial favorite amongst our tournament clients. Our extensive banquet menu is available 12 months a year for events such as corporate functions, anniversaries, and birthday or Christmas parties. The Metcalfe Golf Club’s natural setting is ideal for wedding ceremonies, photographs, and receptions. In addition to the atmosphere, your guests will be treated to mouth-watering appetizers, entrees, and late-night snacks.
