Golfers with CLUB EG spots, prepaid rounds or gift cards will require a credit card to make a reservation, but should not use prepay option. Game passes and single games can be purchased here.
At no time will prepaid pricing be offered when paying at the club.

Tee Time Cancellation Policy
Credit card required to book tee times online or by phone
Cancellations of less than 2 hours’ notice, no shows, or short shows, will be charged the full green fee for any missing player. No credits will be provided.
Cancellation of Discounted Prepaid Tee Times
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation or reduction in numbers. With 2 to 24 hours’ notice, a credit for future rounds will be provided. Cancellations of less than 2 hours’ notice, or no shows or shorts shows will not receive any credits.
Metcalfe Golf Club Cart Policy
Golfers who request to ride alone will have the option to pay an additional $9.73 plus HST to ride alone (to cover the increased costs). Note: if you are the only rider in the group or in a threesome who is all riding, one golfer will be allowed to ride solo without any extra fee.
Customer Dress Code Policy
Metcalfe Golf’s “Modern Dress Code” addresses trends in golf & golf fashion, while still respecting fellow golfers and golfer safety.
Our preferred dress for Men is a golf shirt with a collar, sleeves and slacks or mid thigh length walking shorts. Our liberal dress code also allows tee shirts, jeans and golf shorts that are not mid thigh length. We do not allow gym shorts, beach wear, muscle shirts, cut offs or bare midriffs for men.
Our preferred dress for Ladies is a sleeved or sleeveless golf shirt with a collar and slacks, mid thigh length shorts, skirts or skorts. Our liberal dress code also allows shirts without collars that are sleeved or are sleeveless, but have wide straps as well as golf style shorts, skirts and skorts that are not mid thigh length. We do not allow beach wear, spaghetti strap t-shirts, halter tops, cut offs or bare midriffs for women.
Golf Shoes, Running Shoes, Golf Sandals, or footwear with a rubber sole that will not damage the greens must be worn by all golfers
