Tee Times:
- Tee times reduce the time commitment your players are making, they arrive for their tee off, experience a faster pace of play, and may leave right after golf or their meal.
- Provides the organizer more time to connect with each group before and after golf.
- Approximately 28 people may be accommodated each hour, meaning a group of 72 will take about 2.5 hours to start.
- Are available for any size group, any day of the week with any package.
Shotgun Starts:
- Allow the entire group to start at the same time and all players will finish within a 1-hour period, allowing for everyone to dine at the same time.
- Are offered on a limited number of days through the golf season.
- Require a minimum spend on green fees, carts, food, or merchandise of $10000 before tax for an 18-hole course shotgun or $4000 before tax for a 9-hole course shotgun.

When should I book my tournament?
We a lot of small and large events throughout the golf season. It is important you reach out to inquire for dates before they are all booked.
What are the minimum and maximum golfer numbers?
9-hole minimum: $4,000
9-hole maximum: 72 players
18-hole minimum: $10,000
18-hole maximum: 144 players
How do we pay for the tournament?
We offer free online registration through our website to help relieve some responsibilities of the organizers.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We often require a $500 deposit for tournaments, however, no deposit is required for online registration.
What is the Rain Check Policy for tournaments?
How much does it cost to host a tournament?
There is no minimum spend to host a tee time tournament. For shotgun starts we do require a minimum of $4,000 spend for the 9-hole course and $10,000 for the 18-hole course.
